My name is Michelle Apples, and I exist for one thing: helping Christians find their people.
Not a church acquaintance you wave at on Sundays. Not a conference contact you never follow up with. Real, lasting community the kind where people know your name, know your story, and actually show up.
I’ve lived a lot of life to get here. Acting, modelling, event hosting, venue management, wedding coordination, marketing, brand management, cruise ships, hospitality, the beauty industry and that’s the short list. People used to joke that I knew everyone and never stopped moving. Honestly? They weren’t wrong.
But it was through hosting events and travelling internationally that something shifted in me. I had a front-row seat to what happens when people genuinely connect friendships that spanned decades, couples who got engaged, families that began. I watched community form in real time, over and over again. And I couldn’t unsee it.
That’s when it became clear: this wasn’t just something I was good at. This was the assignment the Lord had placed on my life.
Here’s what I know to be true: loneliness is one of the quiet crises of our generation, and Christians aren’t immune. Life fills up, seasons shift, you move somewhere new, or old friendships slowly fade. Finding real community as an adult is hard and most platforms weren’t built to fix that, they were built to keep you scrolling.

We’re a virtual team spread across the U.S.A. & Canada, diverse in background, age, ethnicity, and experience — and we’re better for it. At the Christian Social Hub, we believe what Romans 12:4 reminds us: many parts, one body. Every person on this team carries gifts that are uniquely theirs, placed there by God, and we take that seriously.
We’re not just building a community for our members; we’re building one internally too. That means elevating the people around us, investing in the next generation of leaders, and creating space for everyone’s gifts to be used for His glory.
