These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at

thechristiansocialhub.com (the “Site”), as well as the memberships, events, cruises, trips, and other

services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by The Christian Social Hub (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do

not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use any Services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the le-

gal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our Services are intended for individuals seeking

Christ-centered connection and community.

2. Services and Membership

The Christian Social Hub provides a community platform, local meetups, and curated travel experiences.

• The Social Hub Membership: Access to the digital community platform and exclusive content.

• Billing: Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.

• Authorization: By completing checkout, you authorize The Christian Social Hub to charge your

provided payment method for the initial fee and subsequent renewal fees until cancellation.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing memberships@thechristiansocialhub.com.Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

3. User-Generated Content and Community Standards

The Social Hub allows members to post content, message others, and share life experiences.

• License: By posting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide li-

cense to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse and are

not liable for user-generated content.

• Conduct: Users must act with integrity and respect, aligning with our core values. We reserve the

right to remove any content or terminate any membership for behavior deemed harmful, offensive, or contrary to our Christ-centered mission without refund.

4. Events, Trips, and Cruises

The Company organizes local gatherings and international travel experiences.

• Third-Party Providers: For cruises and trips, the Company acts as a facilitator. Transportation,

lodging, and cruise services are provided by third-party vendors. The Company is not responsible

for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.

• Travel Documentation: Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents,

including passports, visas, and health certifications.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Christian Social Hub is not liable for costs associated with illness, injury, or personal

emergencies during travel.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Memberships: All membership fees are non-refundable.

• Events: Local event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the specific event

registration page.

• Trips and Cruises: Due to contractual obligations with third-party vendors, travel experiences are subject to specific cancellation schedules provided at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Christian Social Hub and its officers, employees, and

affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting

from:

• Your participation in any event, cruise, or trip.

• Personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring during an event or trip.

• Any errors or omissions in Site content.

• Interaction with other members, whether online or in person.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Christian Social Hub from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content, logos, trademarks, and spiritual resources provided on the Site are the property

of The Christian Social Hub and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute

our materials without express written consent.9. Travel, Cruises, and Special Trips

The Christian Social Hub organizes travel experiences (Cruises, Trips, Retreats) as a facilitator. By

booking a trip:

• You acknowledge that we use third-party providers (cruise lines, hotels, airlines). We are not re-

sponsible for their service quality, delays, or cancellations.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Christian Social Hub is not liable for costs associated with illness, injury, or emergency cancellations.

• Documentation: You are solely responsible for having the correct travel documents (passports,

visas, etc.).

10. User-Generated Content

Our community thrives on connection. By posting content (photos, text, videos) in The Social Hub:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for community-building and

promotional purposes.

• You are responsible for what you post. We do not monitor all content and are not liable for mem-

ber-posted material that is offensive or incorrect.

11. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

The Christian Social Hub shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is

the result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disas-

ters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in events, travel, or community activities is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest

extent permitted by law, The Christian Social Hub, its officers, and employees are not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or financial losses.

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Berkley County, South Carolina.14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
