Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to The Christian Social Hub. We are committed to creating meaningful experiences, events,
and community for our members. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before mak-
ing any purchases, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities.
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees (annual) are non-refundable.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to:
• Maintain an active subscription until you cancel.
• Be billed automatically according to your selected plan.
Cancellation Access: You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Social Hub community until the end of your current billing cycle. At the conclusion of that billing cycle, your profile will be removed from our community. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
2. Event Purchases
All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
3. Travel, Retreats, Cruises & Trip Refund Policy
The Christian Social Hub offers group travel experiences in partnership with carefully selected third-
party travel providers. While we curate and promote these experiences, many trips are operated and fulfilled by independent third-party companies.
If a trip, cruise, or retreat is facilitated directly through The Christian Social Hub, the specific refund and cancellation policy will be noted on the website of that particular trip or event and will be based on the requirements of our third-party operators, including but not limited to retreat venues, cruise
lines, or travel agencies.
Third-Party Responsibility: By booking a trip through The Christian Social Hub, you acknowledge
and agree that:
• All payments, reservations, and travel services are managed by the third-party provider.
• The third-party provider is solely responsible for the trip, including accommodations, itineraries, and the overall experience.
Refunds & Cancellations:
• All refund, cancellation, and change policies are determined and enforced by the third-party travel provider.• The Christian Social Hub does not issue refunds for any travel-related purchases.
• All refund requests must be submitted directly to the third-party provider.
• Refund eligibility, timelines, and any applicable fees are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at the discretion of The Christian Social Hub if:
• The event is canceled by The Christian Social Hub.
• The event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.
In these specific cases, you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your account and managing your billing settings.
• Contacting us at memberships@thechristiansocialhub.com.
Note: Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. We do not provide refunds for missed cancellation deadlines.
6. No-Show Policy
If you register for an event and do not attend:
• You will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to attend future events or participate in community activities.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in:
• Immediate suspension or termination of your membership.
• Restriction from future participation in events, trips, or services.
8. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In accordance with the Force Majeure clause in our Terms and Conditions, The Christian Social Hub is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies). In any such event, any refunds or credits (if any) are provided at the sole discretion of The Christian Social Hub.
Refund requests due to other extraordinary personal circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.9.
