Set out on a 7-day escape along the Italian Riviera, where every stop reveals a new slice of classic European charm. Do I need to pay all up front?
25% of your payment is due at the time of booking and the rest is due 90 days prior to the trip. You can make payments anytime in your online platform. TrovaTrip has also partnered with Affirm to offer payment plan options.
Where are we going?
In 2026 we will be going on a 7-day escape along the Italian Riviera departing on October 11-17th, 2026 as well as a 8 day, 7 night trip to Bali, Indonesia departing on July 5th-12th, 2026. More trips will pop up as these trips fill out.
What if I am coming by myself? Will I be assigned a roommate?
Yes, you will be assigned a roommate based on your gender unless you specify a preferred roommate within our group booking.
What’s the refund policy?

Spot Confirmed With 91 or More Days Before Your Trip
Partially refundable + credit towards a future trip
You’ll receive a future trip credit for the amount of your down payment (minus a $100 cancellation fee per Traveler). This trip credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued. Additionally, any payments made beyond the original 25% down payment will be refunded to your original form of payment
Spot Confirmed With 90 or Fewer Days Before Your Trip. is Non-refundable
At this point, all payments are non-refundable because your experience is already in motion behind the scenes. By this time, our operating partners will be working with local businesses to secure your accommodations and finalize your activities.
Will there be bible studies, or a worship night or any aspects of faith built in?
We will always try to implement something that will connect faith to our events. This could include a worship night, Morning Bible Study, or Small Groups
Is there a payment deadline?
Yes, the final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip.
Will there be an even number of Men/Women?
This is not an event. We don’t check the male to female ratio before the event; this is an event to help foster community among Christians, make memories, and have new experiences.
I can't make it, are there refunds?
See the Refund Policy above. I would also encourage you to get travel insurance just in case something happens from now until then.
Is dining included?
You will see on the trip itinerary what is included and what is not included in your trip.
Is this a full Christian Social Trip or will there be other people be there?
This will be a fully private trip for our community.
Will there be an itinerary or am I just on my own to meet people?
Yes, upon booking you will see a full itinerary. We have onsite tour guides who are local and will be taking us on our adventure.
Do I need a passport?
Yes you need a valid passport that expires no later than 6 months after we depart. If you have a passport that is not a US passport please look into visa requirements based on your origin of passport. There will be resources for you on the Trova Trip website.
Who is Trova Trip and why are you partnering with them?
TrovaTrip is a group-travel platform that helps creators, community leaders, and brands plan, organize, and host curated trips around the world. They handle the logistics—such as booking accommodations, arranging local guides, coordinating itineraries, and managing traveler communication—so hosts can focus on connecting with their community and creating meaningful travel experiences. What we have ran into in the past is logistics and admin being challenging on us as we have a small team, this way we can ensure a better, smoother experience for our community.
Should I get Travel insurance
We do recommend travel insurance for additional protection.
Can I book a room for one person rather than a double occupancy?
It really depends on the trip and what they are offering. If it is offered there will be an additional rate for this.
Can I choose to come in a day earlier?
Yes, there is an option to come in a day earlier but please note you may have to find your own airport transfer if you do.
Can I book directly and then join you?
No, for liability purposes you will need to book directly through Trova Trip to participate with us.
