Gaithersburg, Maryland Social Event for Christians
If your ideal summer day includes sunshine, fresh air, laughter, exploring the outdoors and relaxing with great people… this event was made for you. Join us for an unforgettable Summer Fun Day at Black Hills Regional Park filled with hiking, kayaking, picnicking, games and laid-back fellowship surrounded by nature.
Whether you want to hit the trails, paddle out on the water, toss around lawn games, relax under the pavilion or simply enjoy good conversation with fellow Christians, there’s something for everyone.
Feeling adventurous? Kayaks will be available to rent for anyone who wants to get out on the water and explore! (Kayak rentals are optional and paid individually.)
Bring your own picnic lunch, favorite snacks, drinks or desserts and settle in for an afternoon of relaxing and connecting together.Also feel free to bring any lawn games, frisbee’s, balls, card or board games as well as sunscreen + water bottles!
We’ve also rented a pavilion so we’ll have shade from the summer heat, shelter from the rain if needed, close to the lake, and plenty of room to spread out and converse or play games!
Cost: This event is $10 for Hub Members with the promo code found in The Hub App or $30.00 for Non Hub Members which includes pavillion space + lights refreshments.
Please note that events close at 12p.m. EST the day before the event.
