Roommate Info – Christian Cruise
This is based on double occupancy, and we will sort out roommates unless you have a friend who is also attending our Christian Cruise and you want to room with them. Don’t worry, we will send you a questionnaire to match you accordingly with a great roommate.

What is the name of the ship and cruise line?

What if I am coming by myself? Will I be assigned a roommate?
Yes, you will be assigned a roommate based on your age and gender unless you specify a preferred roommate within our group booking.
What’s the refund policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Final payments must be made by September 15th, 2025.
Cancellations before September 15th, 2025: Refundable, minus the deposit payment.
Cancellations after September 15th, 2025: Non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: Recommended for additional protection. We are partnered with Faye Insurance. See Insurance FAQ for details about this.
Will there be bible studies, or a worship night or any aspects of faith built in?
We will always try to implement something that will connect faith to our events. This could include a worship night, Morning Bible Study, or Small Groups.
Is there a payment deadline?
Yes, the final payment is due by September 15th, 2025. At this date if you have not paid your spot will be released.
Will there be an even number of Men/Women?
We don’t check the male to female ratio before the event; this is an event to help foster community among Christians, make memories, and have new experiences.
I can't make it, are there refunds?
See the Refund Policy above. I would also encourage you to get travel insurance through Faye Insurance just in case something happens from now until then.

We will have a group dining time at 7:45 PM for us to all dine together.
Is this a full Christian Social Cruise or will there be other people onboard?
This is a public cruise and we will be bringing a large group of people on with The Christian Social Hub.
Will there be an itinerary or am I just on my own to meet people?
Yes, we will of course have a full itinerary for you upon arrival. Our team will be working with the events coordinator onboard in order to ensure we can have group activities onboard in order to foster connection, and we are also planning a group excursion (based on availability) that will be a great touch point for Christians to connect. Our goal is not for people to come aboard and then go do their own thing, but to make meaningful connections on this trip.
Do I need a passport?
Yes you need a valid passport that expires no later than 6 months after we depart. If you have a passport that is not a US passport please look into visa requirements for the Bahamas based on your origin of passport.
Can I utilize my membership loyalty points, and what other information do you need to book me in?
Upon registration you will receive a registration form from us that will ask these questions in order to book you in, and that includes asking for your loyalty number to book that in for you.

Can I book a room for one person rather than a double occupancy? Or can I upgrade to a balcony?

Do you have a group rate on a hotel if I fly in the night before?
Yes, we have a group rate and will provide that information once your spot is paid and confirmed.
Can I book through the cruise ship directly
No, for liability purposes you will need to book directly through us to participate in the cruise.
Why is there a different price when looking at the cruise ship directly?
When you look on the cruise line’s website it does not factor in a lot of the additional costs that occur when bringing in a group such as liability insurance, business expenses, welcome bags, conference rooms, the welcome party, our group excursion, the hosts onboard to facilitate group activities, and so much more.
