I love summer camp. These weekends are always filled with so much excitement, adventure, joy, laughter, and a wonderful sense of being fully present in the moment. There are so many activities to choose from and enjoy.
One of the best parts of these camps is that you can easily come on your own and not know anyone, and it won’t matter. As soon as you arrive, there are so many welcoming and amazing people that it doesn’t feel like you’re among strangers at all.
At every meal, I sit with different people, and it’s so much fun getting to know everyone. I highly recommend giving summer camp a chance. I’ve never heard anyone regret it!

Who Attends? What’s the Age Demographic?
Christian Summer Camp is open to adults aged 21 and older. The majority of our attendees tend to fall into the late 20s to late 40s, although people outside of this age range have also joined with a shared desire to relive the childlike joy of summer camp while enjoying a weekend of adventure, fun, and connection with like-minded Christians. Everyone is welcome, and no one feels out of place.
Can I Sponsor Someone Else to Go?
Absolutely! We love the generosity of our community. If you would like to sponsor someone, please email us directly at info@thechristiansocialhub.com.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
No refunds are allowed! We do not allow refunds, as once you sign up, your spot is confirmed and paid for. However, we are happy for you to gift your spot to someone of the same gender for rooming purposes.
We need to know the name and email of the person no less than 30 days prior to the retreat, so please email that information directly to info@thechristiansocialhub.com
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
We can accommodate a limited number of payment plans at an additional fee. If you need a payment plan, please email us at info@thechristiansocialhub.com
Do You Accommodate Dietary Restrictions?
We will be catering food and can accommodate minimal dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food if needed.
Other allergies, intolerances, and preferences cannot be accommodated.
Any dietary requests must be communicated at least 10 days prior to arrival.
Please note that kitchen facilities are not allergen-free; even with extensive employee training, there remains a risk of contamination. It is also possible that commercial food manufacturers may change the formulation of foods at any time, without notice.
Where Is the Closest Airport? How Do I Get to the Retreat Center?
The closest major airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA / KBNA), located in Nashville, Tennessee, about 52 miles from the retreat center. We will create a group page/chat for attendees to carpool and make arrangements, as well as provide a shuttle service at an additional cost. The shuttle will have two pickups at BNA – 3 PM & 5 PM. If many people are outside these times, the schedule may be slightly adjusted to accommodate everyone, or additional shuttles may be offered if available.
Check-in time: 5 PM with dinner at 6 PM
Check-out time: 10 AM with grab-and-go breakfast at 8 AM. Many attendees may choose to attend church together after breakfast. Shuttles will leave from the retreat center at 8 AM or 10 AM, or later depending on flight schedules.
What Is Early Bird Pricing and When Do Prices Increase?
We have three tiers of pricing:
Pre-Sale Pricing will be available for our pre-sale list.
Early Bird Tickets will go LIVE on April 1st, 2025, and will be available until June 1st, 2025.
After June 1st, regular pricing will apply unless the event is sold out.
