The Summer Social Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by The Christian Social Hub (“Sponsor”).
Contest Period
The Contest begins on the date it is publicly announced and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 8, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of The Christian Social Hub are not eligible to enter.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official Contest entry form and providing a valid email address during the Contest Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless additional entry opportunities are specifically stated by the Sponsor.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize(s)
Prize details will be published on the Contest landing page and/or promotional materials.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless determined otherwise by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The drawing will occur within fourteen (14) days following the Contest end date.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
Potential winner(s) will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor is not responsible for failed email delivery, spam filtering, incorrect contact information, or other communication issues.
Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, the winner grants The Christian Social Hub permission to use the winner’s first name, city/state or province, testimonial, photograph, likeness, and prize-related information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Information collected through the Contest will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to receiving communications, updates, offers, promotions, and newsletters from The Christian Social Hub. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Christian Social Hub, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law
The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
