1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Christian Social Hub website, memberships, events, or services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. About The Christian Social Hub
The Christian Social Hub provides faith-centered social events, community experiences, trips, and membership-based offerings designed to foster connection and community.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, relationships, or experiences.
3. Membership Terms
By purchasing a membership:
- You agree to pay the recurring membership fee disclosed at checkout.
- Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected).
- Memberships automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time through:
- Their account dashboard, OR
- Emailing: memberships@thechristiansocialhub.com
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges. We have a no refund policy for our memberships
4. Clear Disclosure of Recurring Charges
At checkout, members are clearly informed of:
- Billing frequency
- Amount charged
- Renewal terms
By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
By continuing your membership without canceling after receiving emails about the rebrand, you authorize The Social Hub to initiate recurring payments under the new entity. You may cancel anytime following the instructions provided in our communications.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because membership grants immediate access to community resources:
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Event tickets may be refundable only if explicitly stated on the event page.
- Trips, retreats, or special experiences follow their own cancellation policies provided at registration.
If an event is canceled by us, a refund or credit will be offered.
6. Events & Participation
Participants agree to:
- Act respectfully toward others.
- Follow event guidelines.
- Behave in alignment with community standards.
The Christian Social Hub reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate or harmful behavior without refund.
7. Honest Marketing Claims
We strive to represent our offerings accurately and honestly.
However:
- Individual experiences may vary.
- Testimonials represent personal experiences and are not guarantees.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, branding, event materials, and digital resources belong to The Christian Social Hub and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in events or community activities is voluntary.
The Christian Social Hub is not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Losses
- Damages arising from participation or use of services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
